I created 2 Accounts by accident – how do I merge them?

Accounts cannot be merged. When you contact us to register a clinic on DialysisAway, as part of the process of registration, we ask about other clinics which may be operated by the same dialysis operator and check whether an Account

How do I add a Clinic?

The Account Owner can add or remove Clinics in the Account profile section.

I am not receiving SMS

Please check the mobile phone number you provided.  Please check your signal. If you have intermittent signal in the location you customarily choose to access DialysisAway, you can elect to receive authentication messages by email.

I am not receiving email notifications

Please check the email address you provided.  If this is correct, please check your junk mail, bulk mail or spam folder. You can then adjust your junk mail settings to unblock the sender so that messages appear in your inbox.
