A patient may cancel a booking at any time between confirmation of their booking and the time of their treatment without charge. Patients should do this by cancelling their booking on the platform or asking their home clinic to do it for them or, emailing [email protected]. Patients are encouraged to give Destination Clinics as much notice as possible. Destination Clinics may not impose any other cancellation policy on patients or charge patients any cancellation fees. Where a patient cancels a booking, the Destination Clinic will promptly refund the patient for any amounts paid in relation to the booking in full.
